Pros: Registry Mechanic 9 offers a great registry cleaner, a lot of extra diagnostic tools and an intuitive interface, charged for a reasonable price.

Cons: Some of the extra features, like the Registry Monitor, may be superfluous for the average user. Its trial version offers too little functionality that users cannot try all of the features.
