windows drivers hardware acceleration Mozilla Urges Users To Update Windows Drivers In much the same way that Google has, Mozilla is now urging Firefox 4 users to download the latest Windows drivers for their graphics cards in order to make the most of the browser’s hardware acceleration. Microsoft OS Patch Reveals Unsigned Windows Driver Bug

windows driver update 0415 Microsoft OS Patch Reveals Unsigned Windows Driver Bug Microsoft released an über-patch this week that polishes up more than five-dozen bugs. The patch actually consists of 17 security bulletins that address 64 known bugs. Microsoft classified nine bugs as “Critical” and eight more as “Important.” One of the critical fixes involves a patch that will expose hidden rootkits that exploit a bug in winload.exe that will load an unsigned Windows driver. The hack allows malware to load and stay resident after a restart. The new patch won’t eliminate the malware but it cuts off the malware’s ability to stay hidden, and makes it easy for anti-malware software to detect and remove it.

why use driver reviver

WHY UPDATE MY DRIVERS AND SOFTWARE?

Hardware Drivers are essential software applications that enable devices that are connected to your PC to communicate with your operating system, and other software on your computer. These Drivers allow your software to access the full functionality and feature set available for each individual piece of hardware connected to your computer. As both your operating system and the software applications running on your PC are updated, new drivers are needed to ensure that your hardware can remain fully functional within its new environment. Most manufacturers do not contact you to advise that a new driver has been released for your hardware and therefore most users are unaware that new, updated drivers are available for their system.

windows driver error message Error Code After A Windows Driver Crash: What Do These Numbers Mean? If you work on a Windows PC, you’ve had the experience of having a system crash. Suffice it to say that Palm, which was acquired in 2010 by HP, hasn’t been doing a lot of development for its older (yet highly popular) stuff. ACCESS, which got the rights to the Palm OS, changed the OS’s name to Garnet, and here we are.
